I don't understand.
This guy's a second generation Syrian. His grandfather immigrated to the U.S., fully brought the American Dream, and even started a successful retail company. He even adopted a Brooklyn accent before his company launched big time.
Today, Syrian refugees seem to refuse to assimilate at all. How come there's this discrepancy? Is there really no interest in embracing the nation you move to?
