Yeah. The first big hit of positive effect comes after 7 days, the second big hit 21 days, and the third is 45 days.

Each threshold you feel more confident and energetic, and I can consistently put up better numbers when I exercise. You get more attention from women and, as strange as it sounds, animals too. Especially dogs.

It feels good and you should do it. I have tried nofap for years and while I haven't been able to totally quit, I have greatly reduced the average number of jackings. Three years ago I jacked every day, two years ago I jacked once ever other day, last year I jacked once a week, this year I am averaging twice a month.

Totally quitting is a perfect scenario, so don't let failure take the wind out of your sails so that you relapse into a weeks long phase of constant use. That's a common pitfall I see. An all or nothing attitude, you still realize great benefit from reducing your average jacking. My goal for 2018 is to get down to once a month.
