Imagining a world as a battlefield between some evil conspiracy and the force of goodness is a marker of weak-willed fools. And burgers, spoild by retarded comicbooks and superhero movies.

It's too large to name one person as the head of the snake, but if it were to extend out to include the few who control every situation in the world, the head of the snake would have to be the group that bosses the US government around in foreign/economoc affairs.

The US has and is meddling in multiple countries across the globe, so you can deduce that whoever is at the helm of that meddling is the same person at the head of most global affairs.

It's best to pay extra attention to global affairs AFTER the fall of the USSR because the US became the only superpower left in the world.

Sad thing, no one really is. People are greedy/selfish/short sighted , blood thirsty.

We have to change the way we think . The world we live in is just a natural progression between our ideas and technology. We can't vote for anyone better because we all are evil to the core. The Tibetans had the right idea but China stole their land. Not one superpower stood up for them because the idea of losing commerce over protecting a religious peoples who cnanot defend themselves fits right where were are as the world.
