As in new governing bodies (similar to states) can form under any denomination of Christianity, whilst following their own laws (decided by the majority residing in that specific area). No national laws will exist, although all governments will cooperate in allowing free-trade with one another, and instead of having a single president, every area will vote for running candidates, which will represent the areas (where they got the majority vote) where they won. The main government body will be used solely for the discussion of ideals that some areas believe would be beneficial for all the country. Although no laws can forcefully be passed onto all areas, the areas can vote on whether they want to follow that proposed legislation or not.

In the case of taxes, every area can opt in or out of public services, although opting out signifies that these areas will be unable to use/ get these specific public services. Although some areas cab decide to offer their own services within their territory.
