I hope you goys aren't still falling for the meme degree scam.

If you're studying humanities or social "science", you're wasting your life and running up stupid amounts of debt at the same time.

Look into bureau of labor statistics for employment rate, salary etc before you pay thousands of dollars to kikes for worthless degrees

>If you're studying humanities or social "science", you're wasting your life and running up stupid amounts of debt at the same time.
That is itself a meme. If you look online there are tons of bullshit "jobs" for the shitskins and womyn who take up those worthless degrees. Keep in mind worthless degrees are only worthless without worthless jobs.
Stem is the real meme. If you're a fucking white male, you're fucked but stem has a better chance, maybe.

I have a BA in History, MA in education.

I love my job but my biggest concern right now is supporting a family. I wish it wasn't such a tradeoff.

My future goal is to run my own private school and cater to rich /pol/tards and produce NatSoc types.

I wish I was good at math or science...or at least could have faked it to get a better paying job. I feel like at this point its too late for me. Being poor is terrible

Military tier designation is bullshit from some faggot trolling or so stupefyingly stupid they can't excel in the military and subsequently in the military-industrial complex. Of course military-related degrees only complement military careers but there are many of those.

Can we add another category below "Suicide Tier" called "Nigger/Spic Tier" and list all the Trades jobs there?

I mean it's not the industrial revolution anymore. Is there anything more pathetic than a white tradie who thinks because he works with his hands he is somehow important? If you listen to a white tradie he never actually does anything for the white race...His only concern is to make money to pay for all his stupid fucking toys. He's a selfish prick who thinks he deserves the right to virtue-signal because he works with his hands. How pathetic. If anything a white man should be proud of working with his MIND. Working with your hands is for the 100 million blacks and browns that reside in America and other western countries.

I don't understand how military isn't God Tier

You get taken care of from cradle to grave, you get a uniform and you have the chance to use expensive equipment to kill nonwhites.

Could you even get a better career if you tried?

If I didn't have flat feet and shit knees I would have joined up. If I ever have sons Im encouraging all of them to join up. Free college and a chance to work in government/police/fire when you get out.

Military is best career path

This isn't true unless you also go to a top tier school like Harvard. Otherwise, you need to have a very impressive track record for a number of years which is quite difficult to have done if you spent most of your prime studying for a PhD in finance. It's generally suggested that it's worth it to pursue finance until a Master's but after that, unless you're looking to be a professor, forget about the PhD.

A BS in Finance is becoming a worthless degree given how many people are studying it now.

I'll let you in on a little wall street secret. Most money managers including mutual funds, hedge funds and advisors don't actually try to beat their respective indexes. Mostly because people who are successful at beating the index generally have to deviate significantly from the index performance and when you have one or two years where you look drastically different from the index clients go hurr durr indexes look better than you and leave. Performing like your index is more important than beating it because it keeps more assets under management and you get paid on the assets you have under management. I've annualized over 15% for the last 12 years in my own account just through stock picking securities that have a greater than 30% discount to intrinsic value. I couldn't do that with clients because they would leave in years like 2015 when I was down 10% and the market was basically flat/ slightly up.

software engineer here

companies cannot find enough good codemonkeys. if you have no formal education in CS:
>1) start working on a github portfolio, and working on some complex projects in a couple different languages to show off to potential employers.
>2) try to work with Java, C++, Python, and if you want to do front-end work get some experience with javascript, HTML, and JSF... basically tune it towards the kind of development you want to do
>3) after a few months/few large projects you should have the experience and be good enough to be employable

After that's done, spend a week or so applying to literally every job you can find on every employment site. That's what I've done(I'm looking for a new job) and I get calls from recruiters every single day trying to schedule interviews. Again I reiterate, the demand for GOOD programmers is literally INSATIABLE right now. If you know what you're doing you'll get hired and be making over 65k(in suburbia) or 80k(in big cities), easily.

The challenge for me is I'm aiming for senior level jobs with borderline mid-level experience, so I've had a lot of interviews but only 2 offers, due to my youth.

I hate that people take images like this way too fucking seriously and start using it to judge the 'meh tier' through 'suicide tier' subjects/jobs as a whole. As if to imply that those subjects (not talking about women's studies and the like, that shit is obviously of no worth) are worthless AS SUBJECTS rather than merely as degrees, and must be discarded. 'If you're not an engineer, doctor, lawyer, or a professional kike who moves money around you might as well die!'

Newsflash to the 0 INT degenerates who do the above but still dream of the ethnostate,
YOU NEED THOSE SEEMINGLY FANCIFUL FIELDS SUCH AS ZOOLOGY, ECOLOGY, FORESTRY, TRANSPORTATION, ARCHITECTURE, ART, HISTORY, PHILOSOPHY, AND SO ON TO FUCKING THRIVE AS A COUNTRY LET ALONE A PEOPLE AND A CULTURE.

We aren't fucking soulless Chinese or kikes who want to mull around in this garbage system and just go along to get along, we have higher ideals and moral responsibilities to culture, society, and the environment. there are multiple ways of calculating the IV of a stock. I like to just look at P/E, div/yield, and P/BV and compare it to index fundamentals to make pick stocks. I day trade using a robinhood account. My retirement monies are all in VTI. I like VTI as it out performs the sp500 because of exposure to small caps.

That makes sense on what you say though. I feel like a winning combo as an manager would be to just invest in indexes and buy insurance (hedge) using options during times of uncertainty.

Rich men of /pol/

Would you send your kid to a k-8 or 7-12 boarding school (or day school but it would be hard to pick a central area) where I would redpill your kids for you.

-Snazy SS/SA style uniforms
-Standard Math/Sci classes
-Focus on Classics for English and history
-The Jew would get named
-Rigorous physical training
-Focus on manners, courtly ettiquite

School would be segregated by genders..so boys and girls schools. We would have socials and kids would learn to ballroom dance.

Boys would have extra classes on survivalism, military style training, practical skills

Girls would have extra classes about homemaking, cooking, cleaning and being the perfect wife

Much appreciated. But what constitutes as "large" projects?

Everything original I've done seems fairly trivial and mostly for automating stuff. Like one time I made a simple reddit bot to grab screenshots using selenium from chegg back when /r/cheggrequests was a thing. But that was all pretty simple and also illegal so I can't really show it off.

If you are an electrical engineer with a bachelor's degree and people skills as the course is designed for then this course seems like it would set you up to climb to upper management

Not fucked at all people so dumb are field is used in every business they need people who understand the change of legislation and the creation of new law through the executive in any countries political system through big business otherwise they will have to pay more tax etc. Otherwise don't update company policy end up breaking law get Jew out of money for it.

Finance is mostly bullshit to be honest. Most of the investment firms can't beat the market. The ones that do succeed either got lucky or cheated. It's not uncommon for total dipshits to make tons of money off their salesmanship alone. Says a lot about the industry.

It's possible to be a good trader for yourself though but it can be time consuming.

Buy and hold index funds/ETFs and be patient.

Kek I did a 1 year long study in IT and I am starting as a field service technician in a month. They offer free industry certs and after a year or 2 I can go back to uni and do computer science with a bunch of RPLs so I can cut a 4 year degree hopefully in half.

I am intending to complete my CCNA and CCNP over the next 2 years and hopefully I can do uni part time whilst I am working a comfy 70k a year job.

My mate who is 24 years old is doing archaeology and is now still just a supervisor at Target. I know this girl whom I nearly got to fuck who studied for 5 years to only land a grad role that pays 60k a year.

I want to become a system admin for a large business before I am 30. This gives me a 10 year timeframe to work with.

Also I know so many people with accounting degrees and it seems like there are too many of them.

Anyway I am only 20 and I believe I have set myself up very well.

For any anons looking for something to study, study IT. There is a shortage in the market as my father said (senior solutions architect). So job security is good in the field as long as you dont pull off dumb bullshit that crashes an entire system.

Another reason why big business wants the uk to stay within the EU single market because it simple, they don't wanna have to deal with laws from both sides and fuck that up they want simple easy information, that why in the uk finance and services are like 80% of our money because tax laws are so simple to make sure to avoid to tax haven themselves to not pay money out.

>Boys would have extra classes on ... military style training.

No. Don't go too far into what could be considered indoctrination. Especially not if it was a boarding school where I couldn't frequently talk and do things with them. That alone is enough of an issue.

Skills and ideas are important, but not to that unsettling degree of grooming. They can be whatever they feel like being in their heart. Forcing a male child to go through military training or a female child to go through wife training could be traumatic.

Otherwise it would be a strong consider.

Of course they do need to make a living, I agree and I want people to be able to make enough money to support a healthy family. I'm just critical of the long-term negative effect it will have on us as a people if, in our own circles, we utterly devalue seeking formal mastery and higher study of many of these incredibly important 'soft' subjects.

Sure, seek out a well-paid job but as I said before, what annoys me is overvaluing/devaluing a subject/profession purely based on it's current demand in the market.

No degree required unless you want officer rating. It can be good to shitty but you can retire after 20 years.
>>
>>129800674
You're conflating a math degree with actual mathematics. What you said rings true for a math degree (the upper level courses amount to proving theorems which lack practical applications in most fields) , but is absurd to apply it to "math" in a general sense which is used on a daily basis in most upper level positions.
