Well, today's world functions as it does because people are afraid to commit crimes due to government coercion on one side and rationality and interest on the other.
In AnCap, not only is the coercion legitimate, through self defense, which also generates fear of intervention as people's interest is to protect themselves and their communities, but it also is more efficient, as there would be private security/military and no gun control.

The constitution needs to be rewritten to be much more strict on what the state can and cannot do and borders must be heavily enforced. You don't need to throw out minorities, whites can exclude other races from their businesses and schools and when they try to form their own communties they will collapse.
