No, it's very related to genetics and less so to the environment.

Less IQ people are more likely to have children and they usually come from shitskin races.

IQ rises over time, so as a whole, yes, but the average IQ is going down because shitskins are outbreeding whites.

They definitely have better access to education (Thank you, Internet), but governments have been incentivizing the least productive lifestyles and punishing the most productive ones for so long that we're likely seeing a flattening out of the bell-curve if anything.

The African low IQ populace growth is currently exploding in and out of Africa. So go figure.

Honestly, what do you think? The younger generations think they're smart because they read a few articles on the internet and think they know and understand a subject. I can't speak for the rest of the world, but most people I know haven't read a book since highschool. Very few to no books in their house. Their kids don't read either, always staring at a phone or iPad rotting their brains out playing whatever nonsense game they are addicted to; or even worse just looking at their feed on social media, refreshing over and over again.

No, society is not getting smarter, most people are just smart enough to do whatever their job is, and then come home and watch whatever is on their television or on Netflix. This culture is oversaturated with entertainment.
