Your meritocracy, your lower rates of nepotism, your curiosity and proclivity for risk taking - all make for a efficient and innovative civilization. On the flip side however it means you have smaller family units, you frown upon ancestor worship, you're less tied to the land and your hubris and belief in yourselves gets you in the most retarded of existential crises.

What the fuck is KW supposed to be? Overall Canadians are on average more intolerant then they are tolerant. Its very common in Canada to here people referred to as Pakis, or to hear people say "Its just their culture" when being confronted wiht someone acting stupid, but almost anywhere you go Canadians have some form of racial distrust or prejudices.

The major issue in Canada is lawmaking, making it easy for non-Canadians to scoop up land or exploit the economy just to bail and take the profits home. The only other major issue is the lack of culture in Canada, its not a juggernaut like the USA or Euro countries, theres no Canadian ideal to morph an immigrant into, they just come a here and use Canada while talking about the old country.
