I feel like if Trump took it to the Supreme Court, he could easily pass the travel ban. But it seems like he'd rather come up with something everyone can agree on, and doesn't want to just kick around his own agenda like Obama had done. But I can imagine he must be pretty fed up with the Ninth Circuit and their shit by now.

He could very well turn this into some shitstorm and have someone resign, in the end this travel ban is more symbolic than everything considering Trump is still being brutal on deportations.

This is old news, the 9th circuit does not call the shots. The ban is currently before the SUPREME court. If the SUPREME court finds it constitutional then its IN. It IS constitutional because the constitution literally says the president controls who can travel to the USA.
