I did the math and research.
According to Wikipedia, the average length of a penis varies from 5.1 to 5.9 inches. I went for a safe 5.5 inches for an average. I worked for a recruiter in san francisco a few years ago. You have no idea how much the whole game is driven by diversity quotas. Companies are terrified of bad press or being boycotted, and they know that looking diverse will get them shitloads of new customers over their competition. So pretty much all these rich tech companies have put in diversity hiring quotas, even without the government forcing them to.

The problem? There simply are not enough non-white and asian males to go around. So there is fierce competition over the blacks and trannies. So they can get WAY above market rate. I've been seeing bi and gay guys go trap or trans for years now, and it has brought them huge amounts of money. These people were not always poor before. I know a web programmer whose skillset had a market rate of $150,000. Then he started wearing a dress and saying he was a girl, and a bunch of companies got into a bidding war and now he gets $215,000 a year for doing the same shit.

It is the same for lower tier jobs. I knew another guy who could only get service and retail work like being a cashier for ~$25k a year. Then he put on a dress and started hormones and was being offered literally double the money to do the same jobs. He then went and got some marketing job for $80k a year that he admits he was unqualified for and didn't really contribute to the team at all.

But he did contribute. He was anti-SJW boycott insurance. He could do jack shit and that's still worth the $80k a year to the company, because a bad article from a journo can cost them even more than that. The companies are following logical economic incentives.

In San Francisco, we do. You can get assistance through the city, some universities, and some state jobs. Or multiple. They will cover the cost of hormones, transition surgery, hair removal, etc. Pretty much anything you claim to need in order to feel like your 'real' identity. They will also give you general healthcare during it, and sometimes after. And lots of free mental health services. I know people who have gotten $50k+ worth through it, and it's all taxpayer funded.

Worse, there's basically no oversight or accountability. So it incentivizes people who aren't really trans but have other problems they can't afford to start transitioning. Have a surgery that will cost $200k and you can't afford it? Start hormones and you get free healthcare that will cover it!

It's a total joke. So anyone who is slightly queer and not well off financially (and the whole bay area is full of those) has the incentive to transition. It is being enabled and pushed by both big business and government. It is a huge burden on taxpayers, and on normal employees that have to deal with the fallout of all the affirmative action.

You have to remember that all this actually started in the 60's.
