In my state there is literally no more room for prisoners. We make them sleep outside in massive tents like dorms. Associated with known criminal associates and was even stopped by the police and the encounter was documented and relayed to my PO. He asked why I was with my friend Jacobi and I said I was helping him move (lmao at 3am in a random neighborhood when he got arrested and it was outside my 6pm curfew)

Either I got lucky or they don't relay these messages to the powers that be. I know for a fact something must've made its way back to the DA but they didn't tell the judge? My guess is that the local legal system was very tied up and had tough schedules to make and bigger cases to worry about than mine.

Bondsman conditions and court imposed release conditions are two completely different animals.
I'm guessing that since he is out on bail, he can't drink, he can't do drugs, he can't leave the state, and has to stay lawful. That's pretty standard. He could have any other conditions imposed as the court sees fit, and he either agrees to it and makes bail, or he sits in jail while the trial process plays out.
