OK, well, if white people actually woke up and decided to band together and I was at the helm of all this, this is what I would do (tried to make it as realistic as possible):

**The Plan**

For the media this is the hard part, along with getting most of the elites in chains. There are two ways to go, unsure which one is the best as of yet: the first one is to issue speech laws related to the new narrative as I mentioned earlier and expect them to comply with the help of compliance enforcement.
