I bought the first edition and I like it. Sam Hyde noted on his HydeWars channel that its really just an expensive coffee table book.

I'm not paying more for shipping than for the book, that's absurd.
I've had books shipped from the US by Amazon sellers for less than €5 shipping, maybe not quite as large ones but still.
Sam said the international shipping on the first edition was $80 which is just a ripoff, but so are €50 forwarding services.

To be honest, I've never read it. I bought the 1st edition to support the boys. Ordered the 2nd edition too, for the same reason.

If you ever saw those bad 1960s bookpunk art books this is the 2010 version of that. I was reading it constantly thinking "what the heck?"
