I understand that economic exploitation is a real issue and needs to be addressed, no one should be exploited however it's not the middle class who are doing it, its people like George Soros

>Many have contempt for people who even talk articulately even other working class ones,

>I have a friend who is quite working class and talks well and he often gets called "posh"

>It seems like many are angry at people who worked very hard but haven't exploited anyone and obviously are against that.

>They don't understand that middle class people aren't elite scumbags who let in millions of immigrants for cheap labour at the expense of the working class

>We will get nowhere if class continues to divide us, class is still an issue in Britain i'd say more than other countries.

>What does /pol/ think?
>>
The middle class are usually the ones who are all for multiculturalism and mass immigration which has a detrimental effect on the working class.
>>
>>129488580
Perhaps but haven't they working class for a very long time been very left wing up until quite recently
>>
>>129488195

Jealousy probably, that other people are prospering while they aren't
>>
>>129488195
Jealousy, since you're born into the "cl;asses".

e.g. if you're born in a shitty council estate you're doomed to min wage most the time even if you're smart, if you're born in a upper class area you're destined to easy life even if you drop out of school.
>>
>>129488701
Seems like it, although they need to be made aware of the actual elites who are fucking them over not Harry Smith who has a BMW
>>
>>129488676
yes, but traditionally Labour was for 'labour', not for journalists and office jockeys. Labour won the moral argument about treating everyone decently and then all the middle class came in and took over to be cool (the middle classes took over because they are in general smarter).
>>
>>129488195
>They don't understand that middle class people aren't elite scumbags who let in millions of immigrants for cheap labour at the expense of the working class

Yes, they are. They voted for it.
>>
>>129489489
I don't think that is the reason they hate the middle class so much, few people are actually aware of the effect of mass immigration
>>
>>129488930
When i was 16-19 i went to college and it was free and they paid me £30 a week for attending. I don't think its absolutly true that people who come from poorer backgrounds don't have ample opportunities if they want them. They just tend to have no drive or they're not very intelligent or they don't want to work and just want free shit
>>
>>129489015
Harry Smith who drives a BMW does legal work for the financial elites, votes them in because it helps his investments, and supports immigration because it gives him delicious curry and open migration because he likes taking holidays to Spain.

Half of antifa comes from trust fund upper middle class kids. Every middle class person I know is a LE DRUMPF I'M WITH HER drone, because they aren't affected by what liberal policies bring.
>>
>>129489759
This is so accurate, not to say that things aren't harder for working class people, but they tend to use that as an excuse for not doing anything
>>
>>129489878
The biggest antifa i've ever met was an upper middle class kid who got by on his iq and family connections
he mocked retail workers and his friends who were stupid, but wailed about the tories and racism
>>
>>129489878
True however there are plenty of middle class people who aren't for all this, Antifa is not exactly accurate to potray all middle class people like this
>>
>>129489759
I agree, but I think a lot of this is to do with education and the bell curve
>>
working class people are merely human shaped animals. beasts of burden. we put them to work for us so we can achieve the greatness of heaven here on earth and live like gods.
>>
>>129490483
A1 trolling my friend
>>
>>129490225
And not all black people have 85 IQs, but you it's not useful to shout "not all blacks are like that" when dictating policy about groups.

Change the attitudes of the middle class if you want to change the working class's impression of them.
>>
>>129490829
But you see, even though Antifa is mostly middle class or upper class, that doesn't mean that the middle class is mostly Antifa
>>
>>129488195
No, M8. The working class get pissed of being talked down to by twats like you. What's more your doing it again. Does your dad or mum own business you work in or you or hope to work in. Are you your mum or dad a professional i.e. doctor, solicitor ect. No then your not middle class, your jumped up working-class. No better than us but you think you are.
>>
>>129488195
>>t's not the middle class who are doing it, its people like George Soros
Of course the middle class supports the elite's games against the rest of us. Comfy whites in suburbs have no problem electing people who have driven working whites out of cities like Birmingham and Detroit.
>>Many have contempt for people who even talk articulately even other working class ones,
Every social and cultural group, ever, does this. Working class whites are just explicit about it.
>>I have a friend who is quite working class and talks well and he often gets called "posh"
Good for you.
>>It seems like many are angry at people who worked very hard but haven't exploited anyone and obviously are against that.
Against it in the sense of leading slaves through the streets or against it in the sense of adjusting market policy to cause certain global effects to occur that have fucked workers over in all the developed nations?
>>They don't understand that middle class people aren't elite scumbags who let in millions of immigrants for cheap labour at the expense of the working class
No, they just support those politicians, stand around with Refugees Welcome signs and virtue signal about how great the world will be without a white underclass.
>>We will get nowhere if class continues to divide us, class is still an issue in Britain i'd say more than other countries.
There is no such thing as a classless society. Someone is always in charge and there is always a bunch of peons doing what King Boss says.
>>What does /pol/ think?
I think you Brits should be rioting in the streets, burning mosques and calling your politicians out for what they've done to you. Make sure Brexit happens. Figure out what small business means in a British context then create the social infrastructure to build thousands of new firms that can serve global markets. Demand free speech and a right to bear arms again.
>t. working class bloke from across the pond
>>
Many middle class people are privately un-PC but are too afraid to articulate it for fear of losing their jobs. I've known plenty of middle class professionals who've gone to new right meetings and such.
>>
>>129491267
How am I talking down, I'm trying to have an actual conversation without triggering people, I guess I failed
>>
>>129491293
Yeah most of the people who support diversity are middle class but not all middle class people are for diversity
>>
>>129488195
labour infected them with a class warfare mentality to the point where they outright reject their own... because they are scum.

I don't think people fully appreciate the scummy things the left have done, without thinking about the consequences. They never think about whatthey are doing because they can just train young european children to take the blame.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stasi#Zersetzung

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stasi#International_operations

That is just a pitifully small starting point but please add to public understanding by doing further reseach.
>>
>>129488195
Working class may be based, but they're often redneck niggers themselves.

Middle class is a bunch of faggot lemmings, who may be based, but often are not. And their children are spoiled brats. And there's the issue of having less children than working class nigs.

That's how it goes.
>>
>>129488195
doesnt the middle class work in uk?
>>
>>129489759
>They just tend to have no drive
That's it, and that comes from your parents/school to a lesser extent.

The most grim example I saw was a brother and sister who went to the same primary school as me, with the brother being the smartest/sister being second smartest.

Only 2 schools in the city, sister went to the posh one and the brother went to the bad one since he didn't want to go to the same one.

Later heard that the brother didn't go to uni while his sister went to durham.
>>
>>129492314
Hahaha no you have a working class who are the bottom class for want of a better word and the middle class who are the middle class, both do work though
>>
>>129491629
Primarily, you setting yourself separate to the working-class. Think we hold you in contempt, are concerned about you. We don't think about you at all. We are too busy working and surviving, family's to feed, homes to keep. The only time we come in to contact with the middle-class, they are usually telling us you must do this, or that, not that, and never that. Mostly you get ignored, remember we feed you, you don't feed us, we can feed ourselves. Even if that means breaking the law.

Remember this guy?

Look at the way he was treated because of his inarticulate manner of speech and working class appearance. The level of smugness by the people making fun of him for something THEY misheard. Did they even try to understand his point? Give him any benefit of the doubt?

This is a small example of what talking down looks like.
>>
>>129492806
Cmon you must have such a low expectation of working class people that you don't even expect them to talk audibly, I don't look down on this guy but still. Having such low expectations is patronising in amongst itself
>>
>>129493075
I do expect them to speak English in way that can be easily understood, just as I expect the Pakis in this country to do so too. The key difference is that the newspapers and middle class social media whores wouldn't dismiss the point of a Pakistani man because he speaks poor English like they did to this guy.
>>
>>129492757
DESU I think it is the working class who like to separate themselves, even from other working class people just because of the way they speak, they are not working class enough.

Then you see the middle class doing the same and you are surprised
>>

What, it's not how you speak, it's how you act. Act like a twat, I've got a what ever degree. So I know better than you who's done the job for twenty years. Oh look, I've fucked up its not my fault. Twat. But if you don't act up your own arse, treat people with respect, you might get some. Your still getting the piss taken out of your way of speech, but so does everybody.
>>
>>129488195

Probably because they shit on them all the time and cause 80% of the problems they have.
>>
>>129493802
I think it's unrealistic to expect everyone to speak in a way that will be immediately understandable to everyone else within a population as large as Britain. I live in the south and when my brother brought his girlfriend down from Manchester, I had a lot of trouble understanding what she was saying because it was a manner of speech that was unfamiliar to me.

I admit he was at fault for incorrectly saying Muslamic but as amusing as it may have seemed to hear him say 'ray guns', it was disingenuous for anyone to suggest that was what he really meant.
>>
>>129494756

Yeah have you ever actually met a middle class person, probably 1 who was like that now you think they are all against you, grow the fuck up.
>>

It's part of European culture. If another European belongs to a different denomination or class then it's your duty to hate them with every fiber of your being.
>>
>>129495736
That's gay, we need class unification
>>
>>129495736
Very true. Euros are in many places still consumed with their peasant mob/crab mentality, hence why a working class revolution always devolves into insanity and bloodshed. In America our revolution was created by the bourgeoisie and backed by free land owners, so our nation wasn't destabilized by baying hordes of the lower classes.
>>
>>129495056
Loads, I've trained them. Knew one, I was charge hand, in a shit factory. He came in, all mummy, degree, granny has a castle, mummy daddy well off bit. He was there because he was caught with his hand in the till in his last position. Boy did he sulk when I got the promotion and he didn't. Well he was too good for that place.

Here in the US the middle class IS the working class. So, yeah, you guys seem pretty weird.
>>
>>129497024
The UK is strange. You have
1. Lazy poor cunts
2. Hard-working people with menial jobs
3. Lazy cunts with education/connections and comfy jobs
4. Entrepreneurs and those of a similar disposition.

Category 1 hates everybody else
Category 3 hates 1 and 2, but brown-noses 4.
Cat. 2 and 4 are too busy to hate.
>>
>>129488195
It's no use asking Murricans about working class vs. middle class. The words mean something totally different here.

UK:
- Upper class: top 0.1% in terms of power and privilege; they might not be the richest, but they can get money very easily if they're halfway competent
- Middle class: next 30% in terms of power and privilege; usually they have money too
- Working class: everyone else

USA:
- Upper class: top 10% of income; sometimes come from old rich families, but they don't have to
- Middle class: next 50% of income (though shrinking rapidly)
- Lower class: lowest 40% of income
>>
>>129488930
Not true really, it's the child's upbringing that will determine the child's future.
>>
people dont work hard to be posh, posh is something youre born into. but its human nature to envy those that are better off than you, most of it is just harmless piss taking anyway
>>
Soon there will be no point in working as once you earn over 26k per annum you will be dubbed a disgusting Elite by the Labour party and taxed accordingly
>>
>>129488195
>>Many have contempt for people who even talk articulately even other working class ones,
>>I have a friend who is quite working class and talks well and he often gets called "posh"

Exact same situation for blacks in the USA. If you are do well in school (or want to), ambitious, don't talk and dress like a rapper, you are considered by many to be a sellout, or "acting white".

Many such cases.
People are literally scared to succeed.
Sad.
>>
>>129493802
C'mon you're talking about a white brit who's been in England all his life while growing up around only English speakers in home and TV and don't expect him to be vocabularyly more advantaged than a fucking taxicurryraper ?
>>129496957
>granny has a castle
I'd call that upper class
>>
>>129498527
I'd mostly agree with this. They key difference seems to be at what point someone is considered to be middle class, soon the US will be like the UK though.

We both have an underclass who get by on government handouts.
We both have working-class people who are stuck/choose to stay in menial service jobs.
We both have working-class people who were born to a broken/soon-to-be broken family.
We both have working-class people trying to pay off their mortgage and climb the social ladder via skilled trades.
We both have middle-class people who earned their million+ $ house by working as a doctor/lawyer for decades.
We both have middle-class people whose parents (those previously mentioned) have the connections to get them a nice white-collar job.
We both have middle-class entrepreneurs trying to manage their business/es and climb the social ladder.
We both have upper-class people who were successful entrepreneurs.
We both have upper-class people who inherited most of their wealth and simply maintain it's value.
We both have upper-class people who inherited most of their wealth and fritter it away.
We both have upper-class people who inherited most of their wealth and multiplied it.

Inheritance is often key to maintaining your position on the social ladder.

>>

The UK has always been famous for treating its working class like complete shit. No coincidence that Marx only saw the bad in industrialisation when he left Germany for England
>>
>>129500899
I agree with all of this. I would just point out that people are more mobile socially in the USA.

In the USA you can have a rich grandfather who was in the "upper class" because he was in the top 10% of income, and that gets you exactly nothing if your father frittered away his money and abandoned you and you grew up in a trailer park. Conversely, if you're from the ghetto but you're extraordinarily talented, hard-working and easy to work with, then you can vault up into the upper class (upper 10% of income) and set up your kids.

In the UK, if your grandfather was upper class, then you are upper class, end of story. You can dine out on that until the end of your days. If you are relatively competent and have a bit of money then you can get your kids into Eton by dropping a few names. Conversely, if you're from council housing then you can maybe become middle class if you are smart, talented, work hard etc. but you'll always have people turning up their noses at you because of where you came from.
>>
>>129497594

That's a reasonable summation of the UK class system. Section 1. are often better off than 2, especially if they have learned to properly milk the benefits system for all it's worth. They still see themselves as poor even if this is the case, and will use this as a justification to steal what they can from Section 2, or destroy it if theft isn't possible.

I don't think the UK and US are as different in that regard as you are suggesting but the perception of higher social mobility in the US is certainly true.

>In the UK, if your grandfather was upper class, then you are upper class, end of story.
This in particular is not the case unless you family has been upper class for multiple generations and built a network of contacts along the way. The lucky or hardworking Grandfather does not protect against the damage caused by family breaking apart or poor financial decisions.

it's also likely its due to how the middle class looks down on the lower class, as does the higher class. But the lower class doesnt interact with the lower class on a daily basis.

additionally, it's likely american culture is being adopted. Being such a massive cultural powerhouse in terms of sheer amount of content put out, the USA is going to rub off on other nations, english speaking ones especially. Im sure you're all familliar with ghetto culture, where one who articulates himself well or tries to live a successful, honest life is considered a traitor. Well consider that but apply it to the lower class instead.

The middle class sits on their ass, often with a government job (in which they can never be fired from), and contribute nothing towards peace and liberty while being smug like looking down on the poors. At least that's how it is in America. The middle class completely disconnects and just looks forward to that next family trip or that new car. They will never risk anything for the public good.
