In the evolutionary stage, women that get older start to develop more and more about relationships and how to exploit men into buying them, and less about education and other stuff that becomes handy to civilization. Can you name something that a woman has built and people were amazed and they started using it? No, but I bet you can name tons of porn stars. Minus two years maybe... Hundred years back that was normal, it goes in line with their 'maturity' not actual age after puberty.. girls are far less mature, honestly most aren't mature enough for children until their 20's now if that.. but to say they peak at 18 is very odd.. like literally no time.in history except now has that been the norm.. you've just been MTVd or something.
