Avoiding certain foods, drinks, stimulants, and exercise can deter the affects of the black pill. Avoid sugary drinks and snacks as sugar can make you more anxious/nervous, certain ADD medications can also cause nervousness as well. You should also try to avoid porn and using your phone so much as those can both mess with your dopamine receptors.
