Isn't the premise of Wakanda a little bit fucked up?

It's a hyper advanced secret civilization in the heart of Africa, that has intentionally surrounded itself with extreme poverty and other Africans living in abysmal conditions as a front.

We can take from this that Wakanda actively goes out of its way to keep its neighbors from prospering, since its security and secrecy is so valuable. It's literally a bunch of rich niggers oppressing peasant niggers and using them as human shields.

Also they appear to be basically oil barons, having used the richest source of vibranium on the planet earth as their way to create advanced technology and super soldiers.
