I am very pro capitalist, and while adding them would be a big struggle, it would in the long run create something greater. Yeah, this would be pretty fucking bad. PR has 3.5 million people. That probably equates to 4-5 congressional districts. That means:
2 extra democrats in the senate
4-5 extra democrats in the house
6-7 extra electoral votes in the presidential race.
