Puerto Rico will get statehood eventually. A majority already supports it, it will win in th is referendum. If Congress does not ablige to its reaults it will be in the next Democrat administration. Do you really want Democrats to take credit for enfranchising 3 million Hispanics?

Fucking this, half my family on my father's side is Cuban. They are all patriotic as fuck but I know I don't want anymore spics even Cubans getting citizenship. The newwave are fucking garbage. Nobody wants to work for a living. Everyone has this loser mentality that they will never achieve anything so why bother. They have lost all sense of pride in what it meant to be Cuban (thanks to communism). The Cubans in my family that left during the revolution came here to work hard and live peacefully. They tried their best to instill that in their children but they have no control over the children of other Cubans; especially the ones fleeing the island now.

If they care for their local state and i guess that they will, it being a seperate nation for all this time, then i think this is great.
