He's also pushing the narrative that Russia hacked the elections. The first thing you must do as a hacker, is hide your identity by spoofing your location. It's not a difficult thing to do and is an absolutely essential requirement if you're to remain anonymous.

For Comey to say the Russians hacked the election, he is essentially saying he knows for a fact that it was a Russian attack. Not a shred of evidence for this is provided however. Anyone with an internet connection could have done it, there's no reason it couldn't have been an American hacker, or a hacker from Antarctica.
