So it seems there's a rising star in the Democrat fold. Her name is Kamala Harris and speculation about her running for the presidency has begun.

Serious questions:
1: Why can't a serious political candidate be full black and not mixed? Are there no non-mixed full 100% blacks that can be viable candidates even in the Liberal Democrat party?
