No weed is not degenerate, but you shouldn't be using it heavily if your brain has not fully developed.
Weed deserves neither glorification or to be demonized.
It's a drug just like any other, and needs to be treated with respect.
With that being said, people should really be more pissed about all the 13-19 year olds who use weekly.
The brain develops the most in that time period and likewise, a lot of people smoke weed in that period as well.
