I'd say fairly high if your education or experience match up to what they're looking for. I can't speak for Canada but in the US affirmative action is vastly overblown. When it comes to jobs that require meaningful professional credentials, most employers know the truth about race. There may be one token minority present but they're kept within teams where they can lean on other employees. Essentially they only ask those questions you've posted because they're looking for a diamond in the rough. They're pessimistic about their chances of finding this kind of person but they like to ask.

But I lived in Europe half my life, including the first 10 years of working professionally, and in my mindset asking those questions (even with all the claims how they don't matter) is just short of criminal.
