You have to be kidding me, ive had 4 gypsies in my school, different classes but stories of their stupidity echoed through the school that you didnt even have to see them to know them.

School is free in my country, elementary is free, high school is free though you need money for books but you can just copy them anywhere nobody gives a shit. And we have government scholarships for good grades, and on top of that most colleges have SEPARATE scholarships for gypsies and still none of them ever did absolutely anything and im pretty sure 0 of them still manage to even get to college let alone in it.
