This is bad for Japan.
The people here love the emperor and respect his decision so it will probably happen.
The worry is the future. This sets precedence for both the emperor abdicating in the future and the emperor being on the political scene.
This means maybe now he needs it, but 20-30 years from now when the some new emperor has been persuaded or brainwashed by globalists, they can start putting pressure politically. Or, if it goes the opposite way and the new emperor is anti globalist, (((they))) can get rid of him by making him abdicate. It sets a really dangerous precedence for the future of Japan.
What does the nip emperor do anyway?

It's because Monarchs are surviving until their senile, they didn't live this long in the past.
some jap anon or english teacher said a few months ago last holiday message he did to the nation was like hey minna san im getting to old for this shit and will soon pass on to my children responsibilites.
Thats when some other anons filled me in on the one princess being in a very hardcore buddhist sect that burns anything non buddist in their sect and she doesn't do her Shinto duties on the holidays the other royal families do. pretty interesting stuff.
