>At a glance
Apparently Theresa May has no intention of resigning - working to form a govt based on being largest party in seats and votes, meaning some people will be tricked into thinking they are getting a hard brexit while still getting 300k+ migration per year
DUP already outlining a soft brexit as part of the terms for propping up an enfeebled Tory party
SNP getting blown the fuck out
Exit poll proving to be correct so far
Nigel Farage will probably go back into politics.
Conservatives might just about win it.
Conservatives are just as bad as Labour
>Why did it happen?
The number of UKIP voters going to Labour was underestimated.
They ran a very insincere campaign.
U-turns on social issues undermined her authority.
People fell victim to the soft brexit meme.
Manifesto negatively impacted Tory voting core.

>Of those interviewed 65 per cent on zero-hours contracts said they were either very satisfied or satisfied with their jobs, compared to 63 per cent for all employees. The findings will be welcomed by business groups who defend zero-hours contracts as they “provide useful flexibility to works and employers,” says O’Connor.

I think everybody pretty much wanted the lax border to continue as it is, the real question will be whether or not the EU try to screw us over by trying to make it a way for migrants to enter the UK. We could try and stop them from reaching the mainland, but I don't know how the DUP would accept that. Though it's not like there are that many economic opportunities in Northern Ireland anyway, nor would they be able claim benefits in the same way. It therefore is possible that we could allow it and not really see EU migrants flowing in providing we do something to stop them from entering the mainland of course.

No one won this election. May couldn't even finish off a literal communist. Labour walk away pleasantly surprised, May has shat her pants and Labour will most likely capitalize on their new found credibility as a party. If May stays in office, the Tories will not get back in power for a couple of decades.
I find it amusing that despite the Tories having a bad time. James Corbyn is so toxic that a coalition formed with the exclusive intent of cock blocking him from PM
Ruth Davison, Sturgeon, that female DUP leader, Theresa May - across all political spectrum, why are they so ugly?
