As someone turning 40, let me just tell you - everything gets harder as you get older.

Especially breaking out of bad habits.

Best advice I can give you is start working out. Lift some light weights, do a few half push ups, walk around the block a few times - anything. Just start. Working out also gets harder the older you get, and getting the blood flowing can help break your mind out of any hole it's in.

Turning 25 sucked cause you realize it's just a countdown to the next milesone(30, ew....) I'm 30 now.

My advice to 25 year old is don't stress yourself out or beat yourself up trying to accomplish everything or have everything set up and figured out by the time youre 30. Just roll with the punches. You will have enough things about your life changing in the next 5 years naturally, you don't need to make it harder on yourself
