Every depressed person in this thread needs to understand something. You must work out and read more. You must do it every day that you are able to.
Every minute you spend lifting is never a waste of time. Every minute that you spend learning innawoods and agricultural / mechanical / electric skills is not a waste of time.
It is better for your mental health and makes you more independent, and it will prepare you for the future. In our lifetimes we will all be seeing some serious shit, and it is imperative that you improve yourself in every way you can.
