For the sake of quality control, should IPs from countries with low IQs be blocked from all boards of 4chan? If 4chan were only accessible to European nations, America, Canada, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore ,Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand, would the quality of posts be significantly higher in terms of intelligence? Notice how websites like Quora have very poor quality in their discussions because the user base consists of a very large number of South Asians and Arabs. But then note that America is only about 60 percent White and Singapore is about 70 percent Chinese. There's a good chance the poster behind an IP from one of these countries could be a subhuman. Anyhow a very large portion of subhuman posters in 4chan could be removed if this were done, hence increasing the average IQ of 4chan dramatically. However, White minorities from predominantly subhuman countries such as South Africa would be shut out of 4chan. Also what is to be done with Latin American nations and Brazil which have mixed partially White populations?
