Like I said, it is all a mental illness. It is common in young men with low testosterone, who don't have enough low T to live comfortably as a passive woman, but at the same time don't have enough testosterone to live comfortably in a world where he has to work to survive.

Essentially, the idea that he has to work to earn every single thing he wants is mentally painful to him. So much so that he'll convince himself that an utopia where he can just leech from the system is perfectly possible, a society where he'll just get free food, electricity, and a little computer is perfectly possible, where people would work their asses off to produce to society while him would just clean his home and his building to earn free shit.

The mental stress that comes from the facts that debunk his fantasy is so great, that he will be willing to adopt an economic framework discarded 100 years ago just for the sake of making his fantasy more plausible. He is a person that decided to detach himself from reality for the sake of not believing that he'll have to work day and night to keep himself alive. It is a form of nearly incurable severe mental illness, and he'll do whatever he can to destroy modern civilization through his life time. Historically, multiple regimes knew this, that's why communists were politically purged in many countries.
