I don't think Assange is referring to an actual nuke. He followed it up by saying "Al Jazeera" likely meaning in this context that the nuke is information. Especially by saying only use once and then it's gone. No shit if it was an actual single nuke. So it's not an actual nuke but a devastating information revelation, assuming it can be backed up with evidence so the fake news doesn't spin it away like they would try to anyways.
