Brewster, NY. The phone number listed on the offer is:

I searched the Dominos Pizza website and there is not a Dominos Pizza at that location. The phone number is actually a
cell phone. The U.S. sponsor on this employment offer is listed as CC USA. Surprisingly, even though the offer is a faxed
copy, the offer was signed by the US POC using the same pen/ink as the applicant.
The applicant indicated that she found the job on the livisas.com
site and knew that other applicants had similar offers
for the same job. We now are on the lookout but are uncertain how many got through since this there is no record in
SEVIS.
