This sunday i went to an anglo-catholic church (for a friend) and whilst praying when everyone was taking communion i had a vision of a beam of holy light coming down upon me. This neam of light extended into space to what i initially thought was going to be heaven. However it came upon a giant rock which was inhabited by satan. I then realised that the holy beam was not coming down to me but was coming from me and repelling this satanic rock from hitting earth. I then saw that the rock was in fact a minaret and despite the beam, this minaret fell down to earth and destroyed it.

It makes more sense that he was justified by man. A very specific man in this case, being Isaac. Isaac now believed the faith of his father, and they even offer sacrifice to God together immediately after the event. This also guaranteed that Isaac would pass down the religion of Abraham to his kids. It makes more sense and creates greater continuity with the rest of The Bible if James is talking about justification before man

I was once accosted by a trio of Mormons and I didn't know wtf to do but I didn't want to be rude and I did the best I could from the seat of my pants.

Wound up having an interesting talk about faith vs. acts. I really hadn't thought that much about it before, since I'm like a "why not both?" kind of guy. But it was a interesting conversation, and even though I'm not a Mormon convert, we all concluded it with a short prayer together which was kind of weird to do in the middle of the sidewalk while a blizzard was kicking up, but alright, I don't have a problem with that, and we went on our merry ways.
