The point of the whole intervention in Bosina was to "bottle up" the conflict, no single side could be allowed to win. The moment the US and NATO fuck off from Bosnia, there will be war again and everyone knows it. Which makes it a perfect excuse for permanent military presence.

Stop getting your opinions through "based remove kebab" memes about war in Bosnia.All sides collaborated with each other at certain point and in certain areas."Remove kebab" meme is Serbs trying to be liked and portrayal of war in Bosnia as some sort of Islam vs Christendom, or modern crusades.It is also trying to portray themselves as righteous vs the west if only west didn't stop them them.What they don't tell you is that croatian army was within 20km from Banja Luka (capita of Republika Srpska) in offensive that would cause 500 000 Serbs refugees and croatian army probably taking whole Bosnia.But war was stopped then,which i agree with because that would cause even more future conflicts.
