Voting with a pen is a fucking meme, we have far too much scrutiny to be able to mess with votes. Every election, the party/campaign I've been with have always given us coloured or unique zip-ties to tie up the boxes until they arrive at the count. Then we stand there and watch the cunts count for like 7 hours. The only voter fraud is through postal voting and it should be banned. Plus we should introduce ID laws for voting too.
