Get a stuffed burger press. Prep meat with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. Make a stuffed patty with blue cheese. Spread top and bottom of bun with half-half mix of mayonnaise and Sriracha. Top burger with some more blue cheese. Burger heaven.

Note: do not attempt with anything other than USDA approved beef. In Europe you'll get horse prion disease or some shit.

There was also a great study out of (((israel))) that controlled for cals in/cals out but changed composition, surprise surprise, varying levels of weight loss/gain happened.

The research evidence is supporting a hypothesis that genetic variation applies to biochemistry and metabolism. Some people have a much higher response to high glycemic foods that spike insulin and cause fat storage.

That said, cals in / cals out are important to track and will cause gain and loss when taken to modest extremes.
