I dont entirely blame him, city where I live they do nothing. Building owners do nothing, city does nothing about it. Literally every building has at least two types of major infestations whether bedbugs, mice or rats, cockroaches or worse. Houses are the only option and the market is compltely fucked due to foreign buyers, city regulating building of them pushing condo builders instead, etc.

It's a huge fucking mess and people want insane amounts of money for total shitholes in a totally shitty city now. I can only hope our housing market eventually corrects.

The city was offered like a $1B LRT line PAID by the province and guaranteed of said costs yet all they did was fight over it.
