Yeah I guess so. Though I see the importance of it being publicly distributed in a way to counteract the whole degeneracy which is spread uncontrollably if so to speak. It could - given that it's a genuine attempt of say "redirecting the whole thing" - give people hold and a new perspective if you will, especially those that are turned off by religion for it often is synonymous for weakness and pussification of everything that exists.
You know, like a new way in which you're able to reconcile your beliefs together with your non-relgious beliefs without it actually colliding with what your priest tells you in service etc..

I don't think Europe became more Christian compared to the 30s.

Regarding the pagan elements: I'm absolutely in favor of them. The problem I see is people taking it so seriously that they become Varg-esque so to speak, wishing away 1500 years of culture for the sake of some nice LARPing and being born from she-bears and shit.
And with the positive christianity, if you want to call it that way, it's a compromise between what is and what was, especially since there is "no way of going back" into pre-christian eras anyway. I recommend you read "Churchill, Hitler and the Unnecessary War", whilst still pretty strongly anti-Natsoc, it does paint the world in a light where Britain going to war with Germany was a mistake.
It's written by an American paleo-conservative who doesn't shy away from saying how much he dislikes fascism, but the book is solid in the way it portrays WW2.

It also goes extensively into WW1.

Really will make you hate Churchill, but as Hitler constantly stressed, the leaders do not have to represent the folk.

Military spending was a sixth that of what it was it its apex during the war, sure seemed like pretty poor planning.
Truth was Germany never planned to fight the Western powers and assumed the Soviets weren't as well armed as they ended up being.
Germany was barely reaching the necessary rates to catch up to speed with the rest of the major powers in Europe, to call it a war economy is retarded.

The entire German economy wasn't mobilised for war until 1944, opposed to the US and the UK who were much better at arranging a war economy.
