Could easily just be on the orders of a more senior Police officer on the spot, rather than the government. The police see 'community relations' as one of their roles, and this would fit with that. Whatever..the order came from high up. It at very least implicates the chief of police and I highly doubt she acted alone during the aftermath of such a huge terrorist event. She almost certainly will have been directed by Westminster on what to do. Sure maybe during the every day policing of London, she has more individual control of the police image BUT not during incidents like this. This is too staged for it to be down to the police. Remember this is an American MSM..I doubt the British chief of police has the remit to collude with them without direct orders from the government.
