the thing about melanin is that it costs energy for the body to make

so the blacks are making all of this melanin and its using up all their ATP and amino acids. this makes them lazy, and leaves them with less ATP to use in their cerebral cortex, etc

whites are more advanced, we shut off the unnecessary genes that overproduce melanin and instead that energy is used for physical and especially mental fitness

It depends on where you live. If you live in a place that gets way too much sun (like Africa), it is advantageous to have a lot of melanin. However, if you live in a place that doesn't get a way too much sun (like Europe), having a lot of melanin prevents you from getting vitamins (particularly vitamin D) from the sun's ray.

By the way, a lack of vitamin D is believed to be the cause of diseases like sickle cell disease, which is much, much more common in black people. Additionally, if you're worried about skin cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, the second most common form of skin cancer, if way more prevalent in blacks than whites. And black people are more suspectible to ALM.
