I just keep my hand in front, keep him an arms distance, get spat on but w/e...Actually I should probably go clean my face.

His kid goes for the flank, so I back up to keep them both in sight, he tries to pick up my bike, probably to throw it, I step on it and he backs off enough so I can leave without threat of being rushed.

I recommend Eskrima. I practiced it for few years and learned how to use different weapons and how to defend against them. I also learned boxing and unarmed fighting there. You can do wonders with just stick if you know how to use it. Dual wielding was also cool.

Get adjustable hand weights and push-up handles if you are too socially limited to go gym. You can train at home with those. It gives more motivation when you start seeing how your muscles grow and it will give you more confidence. Soon you will actually want to go gym to make your muscles even bigger.

Buy hand weights, the best thing what you can get. Nobody will fuck with you when you have enough muscles and confidence.
