More realistically I see ISIS migrating northwards as they are booted out of Syria, at the same time keep an eye on Turkey, Erdogan will chimp out if the US allows the Kurds to maintain an autonomous region, the Kurds will use this as a jumping point to stage attacks Turkey. At this point there will be a flood of Turkish refugees, and they will head straight for the Balkans, aggravating the slavs. Meanwhile in Syria watch for Israel to strike and invade Syria using the le ebil terrorists excuse, Syria (with the help of Iran) will hit back at Israel, pushing us deeper into the conflict.
Meanwhile back in Turkey Erdogan will strike at the Kurds in Syria, but he'll "accidentally" hit Israeli positions, causing Israel to retaliate, at this point the flow of refugees from Turkey will increase, and the Serbs will begin to remove kebab, pushing the rest of Europe into a full fledged war.
