Wishful thinking there, they gave asylum to the Islamist terrorists who fought Qaddafi, and then we're supposed to be surprised when members of the same groups we supported bomb Manchester. One of the main problems is that the UK accepts political refugees and dissidents, and we're all supposed to have the mindset that this means people who are all peace loving and unfairly prosecuted. But most of the time, political refugees are in this category because they were trouble makers. Supporting these groups helps the government forward its political agendas through regime change, and the consequences this has on the plebs is really their concern.
