I watched that happen yesterday as bbc news were reporting live. I even commented on /pol/ at the time because it looked so strange. It was like they were hijacking the live broadcast and it was strange how the bbc cameraman panned to his right to get them in the shot. Another thing that made me wonder was why they were inside the cordon with two police officers only feet behind them. I felt it was staged at the time and this proves I wasn't imagining things.

Very few do. A friend was watching CNN the other day and I asked him to guess how many people they thought were also watching right now. They were off by a magnitude of 100. We live in a world where one of Pewdiepie's videos has significantly more viewers than CNN or MSNBC's prime time shows.

The most remarkable thing is that a cable channel that would just come out and tell the plain truth right now is about the only hope there is for bringing their audience back. But they keep doing what they're doing, irrespective of whether anyone believes it or even bothers watching.
