What's likely happening is Qatar has had to come to an agreement with Iran to supply their shared offshore gas reserve (North Dome/South Pars) to Indian and Chinese markets, and abandon the Syrian gas pipeline extension to Europe via Syria. They don't talk about the "hack" (possibly a real statement) and they never explicitly refer to the "terrorists" as Hezbollah or Hamas, which are what Qatar is really being accused of supporting. If any of this does come up it's buried in the page.
