The entire reason this bill exists is because Ontario groups homes were found to be unsafe for both children and the foster parents or other workers who care for them.

Last year a particularly savage prairie nigger set fire to his group home and killed several people. People rushed to make excused for the kid, claiming his first nations heritage and sexuality were not respected. This bill is a knee-jerk reaction to "guarantee" the troubled transgender mixed race runaways will get the care they "deserve".

I honestly think those little savages need a bullet to the head. This bill is just giving kids more rights when they already have way too many already.
