Before we moved, we tried to get ebt, but the state of California decided that one man supporting 3 people on minimum wage in one of the most expensive cities in america made too much for it, meanwhile the health and human services building was full of mexicans and somalians with tons of kids. Things were hard but we made it work.
Since, we've moved somewhere cheaper, out of state and are planning for more kids. Demography is destiny, whatever you have to do, even welfare. The more people on it the faster the system fails.
