Those so-called government limitations are necessary in order to prevent capitalism from being worse. Lasik is the perfect example of free market healthcare. Its price has dropped while getting better. Normal Insurance doesnt cover it so it doent follow all the garage regulations that regular healthcare providers have to do.

Such a system can't even exist. Government has an inherent interest in healthcare. At the bare minimum, the government has the right to investigate and punish so-called healthcare providers, which means there is always de facto economic regulation.

Financially successful people are not capitalist, they dont have the time or the interest to contemplate ideologies, they are just good at what theyre doing.
