I believe that those testimonies are genuine, in the sense that those people documented what they perceived. People don't outright lie, I'm sure they believe what they saw was real (or was in the manner that they express it).
But I highly doubt that there are actual things like ghosts or Jesus appearing to someone or things like that. There are probably events in the world that we don't understand and when they happen we think they are something supernatural, but that doesn't mean they are per se.

I don't mean to diminish your religion by using such a childish example, but in many sci fi movies there's shit like teleportation portals opening etc. Now I'm sure that if I saw something like that happen right in front of me, I would think that that was magic. But it's probably just someone using a gadget that I cannot comprehend.
