That's actually a really good description, without a content that they are attacking they themselves have no substance whatsoever. In other words they identify themselves only by the thing they are attacking. If they had nothing to attack they would be and represent nothing of themselves. If they were tasked to build something from scratch they would not know what the fuck to do, instead they take something that works, presupposes that it's wrong and proceeds to tear it into pieces and expect that when they're done tearing it to pieces and modify it they will somehow have a better product than what it once was.

I don't think i need to point out how ridiculous and unlikely that is. The far greater likelyhood is that they will end up with a society and way of doing things that is incongruent and in complete disarray compared to its former self.

This is also why they are so dangerous, they are destroyers and dismantlers not builders. And that they don't even think that things like logic and reason even exists (because that's ofcourse what it takes to create and lack thereof is what it takes to destroy) makes it even more pernicious of a suggestion to do.
